Member Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission Farhat Ali Mir says all arrangements have been completed to hold free, fair and transparent elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Talking to media in Islamabad on Friday, he said Kashmiris living in any city of Pakistan are also eligible to exercise their vote.

He said that Pakistan Army has been deployed at the request of the Election Commission during to ensure peaceful election process.

The Member Election Commission said that over three point two million registered voters can exercise their right to vote to elect their representatives for Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly for next tenure.

He said that there are 45 constituencies including 33 in AJK districts and 12 meant of Jammu and Kashmir refugees settled in various parts of Pakistan.

He said that election schedule for 8 reserved seats will be announced after general elections.
