Federal Minister for Science and Technology Senator Shibli Faraz called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today (Thursday).
The Prime Minister was given a detailed briefing on the electronic voting machine and a practical example of its performance mechanism.
Stressing on the usefulness of electronic voting machine in ensuring transparency of the electoral process and effectively addressing the concerns raised by various parties in the past, the Prime Minister said electronic voting machine is key to restoring and ensuring transparency throughout the electoral process.
