Israeli warplanes bomb southern Gaza Strip site

Gaza (UNA-OIC) � Israeli warplanes bombed a site southeast of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip early Sunday morning, causing damage to the area.

According to Palestinian sources, Israeli fighter jets launched two missiles near the Kerem Abu Salem commercial crossing in southeast Rafah, triggering a huge explosion and a fire in the location. However, no injuries were reported from the attack.

The Israeli army claimed that it "bombed an infrastructure in southern Rafah, near the Egypt-Gaza borders."
