Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for local government Akbar Ayub says the reward and punishment policy of the government will be strictly implemented in the department.
Chairing a meeting in Peshawar, he said all the officials will have to bring about a vivid change in their behavior and public delivery mechanism.
The Minister said the provincial government will never compromise on punctuality of staff and quality of public service delivery.
He said according to reward and punishment policy of the provincial government, cash prizes will be given to the five best performing TMAs every year.
