According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister Balochistan and Commander Quetta Corps provided a briefing on the incident, which resulted in the martyrdom of three children and two soldiers. The attack also left 53 people injured, including 39 children, of which 8 are in critical condition.

The Prime Minister, Federal Ministers, and the Field Marshal expressed deep grief over the loss of innocent lives and injuries to the school-going children. They condemned the act as a shameful act of terrorism by Indian-sponsored proxies.

The Prime Minister stated that the nation stands resolute behind its Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies in the collective will to eradicate terrorism and safeguard Pakistan’s sovereignty and security. He emphasized the need for the nation to reassert its resolve against foreign-sponsored terrorism.

According to Prime Minister’s Office, these terrorist groups, masquerading under ethnic pretenses, are being exploited by India as instruments of state policy. The deliberate targeting of children demands urgent attention from the international community, and the use of terrorism as a foreign policy tool must be condemned.
