North Korea has officially enshrined the right to use preemptive nuclear strikes as a method of self-defense if threatened.
After passing a new law from parliament in Pyongyang, North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un said the new law has made the country's nuclear status irreversible and no bargaining over its nuclear weapons.
