Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced Martyrs Package for Shaheed Head Constable of Islamabad Police Syed Adeel Hussain, who sacrificed his life in a suicide attack in Sector I-10 of Islamabad on last Friday.
The Prime Minister has issued instructions to the Interior Ministry to take necessary steps in this regard.
Meanwhile, on the directives of Prime Minister, a cheque of ten million rupee was handed over to the family of taxi driver Sajjad Haider Shah who was killed in the blast.
The Prime Minister approved the financial aid for the driver after investigation by law enforcement agencies revealed that the late cab driver whose cab was used by bombers had no connection with the terrorists or their plan.
Syed Sajjad Haider Shah who is survived by his wife and four children, belonged to Chakwal district and was residing in Islamabad's Dhok Syedan area.
His family has thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for the financial assistance.
