Punjab Minister for Health, Yasmin Rashid has directed to make Complaint Management System (CMS) more effective in hospitals across the province to facilitate the patients.
She issued these directives while chairing a meeting about Complaint Management System in Lahore.
On this occasion, the officials of Punjab Information Technology Board briefed the Minister and presented implementation report of Complaint Management System.
Yasmin Rashid said that patients can inform about available facilities at the hospitals and call on helpline 99000-0800 for resolution of their problems.
