In South Korea, at least 146 people were killed and nearly 150 others were injured during a stampede when a mass of the people were celebrating Halloween festivities in capital Seoul.
The incident took place when a massive crew gathered in the Itaewon district of Seoul to celebrate Halloween Festival.
