Russia Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says remarks by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy suggesting that NATO should launch preventive strikes on Russia, has invited the need of special operation in Ukraine by Moscow.
According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Russia denounces Zelenskyy’s comments as an appeal to start yet another world war with unpredictable and monstrous consequences.
