IG Punjab Police Usman Anwar says police operation is in progress speedily in Kaccha areas of the province.
He was addressing a news conference in Lahore today along with the Caretaker Punjab Information Minister Aamir Mir.
He said there is a one hundred percent surety about the presence of terrorists in the Kaccha areas.
He said no ransom crime was committed after the launch of police operation there. He said that soon all terrorists, abductors and miscreants will be wiped out from the Kaccha area.
Speaking on the occasion, Aamir Mir said that a total of 11 thousand police personnel are taking part in the operation in the Kaccha area.
